§ 36-2. Free use of water utility prohibited; water service mandatory.

Latest version.

Town residents shall be required to pay all required fees and deposits prior to connection to and use of the town's water facilities. No free service or use of the facilities will be permitted. Mandatory use of town water facilities by all residents shall be enforced to ensure the financial stability of the system.
