§ 36-3. Recreational vehicle parks.

The water distribution system and sewage disposal of recreational vehicle parks within the town shall be connected to the town's utilities. Water service shall be provided through a master meter. A utility deposit fee in the amount provided in the town fee schedule shall be required for each park space. The size of each space shall be a minimum of 20 feet by 70 feet and the separation between recreational vehicles shall be a minimum of ten feet.
