§ 36-148. Industrial user charge system.

Persons making discharges of industrial waste into the town system shall pay a charge to cover all costs of collection and treatment. When discharges of any waste into the town system are approved by the town council, the town or its authorized representative shall enter into an agreement or arrangement providing terms of acceptance by the town, payment by the person making the discharge, in accordance with the user charge system. Sewer connection procedures and requirements shall be in accordance with this article.
