§ 36-143. Stormwater and other unpolluted drainage.

  • (a)

    No person may discharge to public sanitary sewers:

    (1)

    Unpolluted stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff or subsurface drainage;

    (2)

    Unpolluted cooling water;

    (3)

    Unpolluted industrial process waters;

    (4)

    Other unpolluted drainage;

    or make any new connections from inflow sources.

    (b)

    In compliance with state law, the town council may designate storm sewers and other watercourses into which unpolluted drainage described in this section may be discharged.
