§ 36-139. Prohibited discharges generally.

No person may discharge to public sewers any waste which by itself or by interaction with other wastes may injure or interfere with wastewater treatment processes or facilities, constitute a hazard to humans or animals, or create a hazard in receiving waters of the wastewater treatment plant effluent. All discharges shall conform to requirements of this article.
