§ 32-116. Applicability.

These standards are in outline form and are intended to indicate the minimum requirements for street, alley, sidewalk, drainage, water and sanitary sewer system improvements to be constructed in new subdivisions in the town or within its extraterritorial jurisdiction. Minimum testing requirements are included. The responsibility for proper plans and specifications and control of construction to produce facilities adequate for the intended use is with the developer. The town will inspect construction at various times and as required by the developer. No instructions will be given by the town directly to the developer's contractor, unless specifically requested by the developer in writing.
