§ 30-56. Applicability and scope.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to any business building, family dwelling or apartment house existing in the town on the date of the enactment of the ordinance from which this article is derived not in violation of any state law or town ordinance.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall have no bearing or effect upon the right of the town to administer and control the remaining portions of its public street rights-of-way not involved in the triangular corner described in this article.
