§ 24-90. Penalties for violation.

(a)

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined $25.00 per day; and each day's violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In case the owner or occupant of any lots or premises under the provisions of this division shall be a corporation and shall violate any provision of this division, the president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer of such corporation, or any manager, agent or employee of such corporation, shall be also severally liable for the penalties herein provided.

(b)

An administrative fee as set forth in the town fee schedule shall be assessed in addition to any fine, for failure to pay or satisfy a judgment for violation of this division.
