§ 14-142. System water audit (non-revenue or unaccounted-for water).

The town shall conduct periodic visual inspections along distribution lines and an annual audit of the water system to determine illegal connections and abandoned services. The system water audit is the overall figure that can be used to monitor the total level of non-revenue water in the system. The town shall conduct this audit annually.
