§ 10-31. Defensive driving fee authorized.

The municipal judge is authorized to establish a fee, as set forth in the town fee schedule, and not to exceed the amount by state law, for a special expense fee from defendants whose tickets are dismissed due to completion of a defensive driving course pursuant to state law. The fee is to cover costs to the court for administration and processing of the ticket and shall be paid into the town court fund.
